Serving on an interdisciplinary team is always challenging and often very rewarding. As you enter into your learning with the teams at Saint Mary's what do you bring that you are finding helps your day? I remember you mentioned keeping a list of tasks helped you through the day and to leave the work day behind as you go home. What else helps to energize you and make each day a better day for you as you settle in? What is helping you settle in and find your niche?
